We are not involved in actual film making or production and the vast majority of the work we would be able to offer would be clerical. As long as the majority of key creatives are NSW-based, and the project or enterprise falls within the range of activity that Screen NSW supports (see "What sort of projects do you fund for development?"), anyone can apply; individuals, companies or teams.

For NSW producers, Screen NSW supports productions that have more than 50% of the total production costs expended in NSW.
For an interstate producer, more than 80% of the total budget must be expended in NSW.
Where a producer intends to conduct 100% of the project's post production in NSW (from picture edit to delivery), or where the below-the-line post production spend in NSW is AUD$3 million or more, the 50% rule will be relaxed for both NSW and interstate producers.

Screen NSW provides proforma agreements on its website under "Doing Business with the Screen NSW", these agreements are specifically for use at Development stage (in the absence of longform agreements between the Applicant and the Key Creatives).
They have been developed for Screen NSW's purposes and we recommend that you obtain independent advice as to whether they will suit your specific project / situation.
