#SheDirects: a new development initiative for female TV drama directors

#SheDirects is a new development initiative by Create NSW for female TV drama directors.

Create NSW will contribute $100,000 for the development of up to 4 x one-hour female-directed TV drama series with at least one other female key creative attached as part of the NSW-based creative team.

This new initiative is aimed at increasing the number of females in director positions, as part of Create NSW’s ’50:50 by 2020’ gender parity target.
