AIDC - Indigenous Creatives Program

Create NSW, in partnership with Screen Australia's Indigenous Department, Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC), and the following state agencies: Film Victoria, Screen West, Screen Queensland, South Australian Film Corp and Screen Tasmania, are looking to bring emerging Indigenous practitioners to Melbourne for AIDC which will be take place from Sunday 3 March to Wednesday 6 March 2019 at Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), Melbourne.

AIDC will be adding to its program a number of sessions designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander practitioners. These sessions, which will be private and open only to Indigenous-identifying delegates, will provide targeted information and skills around pitching, storytelling, funding, legal and distribution.

The optional program will be made available to all Indigenous practitioners registered to attend AIDC with an All Access or Focus Pass, with more information regarding the program made available in February.
