Screen NSW is holding a monthly webinar series to help demystify market partners and support mid-level creatives and producers to feel more confident to create and pitch projects.

Joining us at 1pm on Friday 30 May 2025 is Edwina Waddy, Head of Australian Content at Roadshow Films. We’ll be discussing Roadshow Film’s upcoming content slate across feature drama and documentary films to understand what Roadshow are looking for, their approach to projects and hear some insights around the local theatrical market.

Edwina Waddy 

Edwina is responsible for assessing and developing all Australian and NZ projects for theatrical release at Roadshow Films.  

Prior to this she ran programming and strategy for ABC2, subsequently the ABC COMEDY channel, across television and iview. Edwina was previously a Commissioning Editor and Executive Producer for ABC Factual & Documentaries and spent a number of years with the Specialist Factual Department at Channel Four UK. She began her career working with writers, directors, designers and actors at talent agencies including William Morris Agency UK (now WME), Curtis Brown UK, and HLA Australia.
