With twelve years between them, Glenn and Ashley don’t have much in common, aside from a dog whose hind legs no longer work. And although their age gap is a source of tension, it’s not always Ash who needs to grow up. On top of which, Glenn’s energy is already taken up running a struggling microbrewery called Echo Park; and Ashley is flat-out as a 6th year medical student doing ‘prac’ — hard work, long hours and no pay. Colin From Accounts explores what it means to make the brave choice to show all your ugly scars to someone else — in an age where you can have somebody at your door for meaningless sex faster than a Domino’s pizza.
