The Pathways Development Program is a competitive Screen NSW initiative that supports emerging writers with disability to develop original long-form screen projects to a pitch-ready stage
Travel funding
Domestic Market Travel Support Program - AIDC
$1 to $2,000
Screen NSW will provide funding for NSW-based individuals or teams travelling to eligible screen industry markets, conventions and conferences within Australia, with the aim to attract support and finance for their projects. Screen NSW will nominate the supported events.

$1 to $2,000
Screen NSW will provide funding for NSW-based individuals or teams travelling to eligible screen industry markets, conventions and conferences within Australia, with the aim to attract support and finance for their projects. Screen NSW will nominate the supported events.
Development funding
IP in Motion Fund
Up to $5,000
The IP in Motion Fund will wholly or partly reimburse, up to $5,000, a screen and digital games producers’ cost to option original intellectual property (IP) from NSW-based creators from Screen NSW Priority Areas.
Production funding
Regional Filming Fund
Up to $175,000
The Regional Filming Fund offsets costs associated with shooting in regional areas of NSW.
Due to the exhaustion of the program’s budget, and while the program undergoes a review of its guidelines, the Regional Filming Fund is currently closed until further notice.

First Nations Early Producer Placement – See-Saw Films
Paid placement
The First Nations Early Producer Placement is a Screen NSW initiative that facilitates industry exposure between early career First Nations producers and established production companies. Delivered in partnership with See-Saw Films, this initiative provides paid professional development opportunities for emerging screen practitioners.
